Refund Policy

Refund Policy

All program registrations and rental fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Program Cancellations: If the facility cancels a program, a full refund or account credit will be issued. 
• Medical Reasons: Prorated refund credits may be granted with a valid medical note.

Management will issue all approved refunds as an account credit or under extenuating circumstances, to the original form of payment, less a processing fee.

LEAGUES/TRAINING:  

• There are no refunds for missed games/training sessions, including missed games due to late registration.
• No refunds will be issued for suspensions or dismissal for cause.
• Cancellations due to weather will be rescheduled for a later date.
• If a player is injured before or after the season/training program starts and cannot play for the remainder of the season/program, a full/partial aacount credit will be issued based on the date of notification ONLY if the following conditions are met:
  • The Arena Rinks is notified by email at info@thearenarinks.com AND
  • A dated and signed physician’s note is provided which evidences a medical reason for the player’s physical inability to return to play at any point of the season (including playoffs) or program
